The Community Exchange is a mechanism of systems that the Los Angeles Senate has instituted that are setup primarily to provide community outreach to the immediate area. Two examples of these systems are the Los Angeles Senate Educational Scholarship, and the fund to assist with the battle against the Sickle Cell Disease.
